What is Caesar cipher?
It's a substitution cipher where each letter is shifted by a fixed number. With shift=3, A becomes D, B becomes E, etc. Named after Julius Caesar.
Is it secure?
No, Caesar cipher is trivially breakable. It's educational and fun, but should never be used for actual security. Use AES for real encryption.
